Founded by Wayne and Shawn Colpitts, Colpitts Developments started in the 1990’s building homes and managing several apartments throughout Fredericton. It was not long before Colpitts was one of the leading home builders in the area, with a growing list of satisfied clients! The list of Colpitts properties continued to grow as well, with over 2000 rental units and several commercial properties that are leased to companies like Irving, Burger King, IBM Canada, GNB, and more. Today, we have expanded on our construction services to the point where there is not much within the industry that we don’t do! Colpitts has become one of the leading construction companies in the area with over 30 years of experience.
