For most of his career, Kris worked as a primary contractor for major national retailers like ALDO, Call It Spring, Lush, West49, Once Upon a Child, and Ricki's. This experience instilled a deep understanding of building codes and construction practices. In 2013, Kris transitioned to home inspection, leveraging his construction knowledge to excel in this field. After dedicating several years to public service as a police officer, Kris relocated to Ontario in 2018 to focus on family and continue his passion for thorough home inspections. Kris leverages his Alberta licensing and inspection experience to deliver comprehensive, meticulous reports that meet the highest standards, even in Ontario's unregulated market.
