Elizabeth Antique Appraisal Service

Elizabeth Antique Appraisal Service of Ottawa was started in 1965, by Elizabeth and Kenneth Mayhew, at the request of certain individuals from then External Affairs, Canada, whom were having problems in attaining great appraisals. Both Elizabeth and Kenneth were reknown collectors of antiques, fine art and militaria, hence excelled at the task. Since its inception our appraisal service has maintained its close association with Foreign Affairs and International Trade (previously called External Affairs) and other Ottawa based Canadian government agencies, such as the military, RCMP, CEDA, CARE etc. We have also diversified into performing appraisals for museums, insurance companies, estates, divorces and general appraisals needed prior to moving or storage of goods.
