Offering all types of service and maintenance agreements, we can service all of your equipment as required by your manufacturer or as you need. All service technicians carry 2-way portable radios, tablet computers, and cell phones for fast dispatch and communication. Each truck has its own refrigerant recovery system, evacuation pump, electronic refrigerant scale, and electronic leak detector to assist in diagnosing faults with equipment. We employ over 21 field technicians and 7 office staff. We have an electronic dispatch system that we have invested a great amount of time in. This system allows us to track service calls and equipment history, as well as provide you online access to your entire site history. This system allows you to place service calls, review equipment history, review and approve pending quotes and repairs, and much more!
