I have been in the mortgage finance industry for over 26 years. Right out of college I joined a major lending institution and was responsible for underwriting residential mortgage applications, applications for mortgage renewals and commercial renewal applications. I then joined another major lending institution and worked alongside their insurance agents to handle client’s mortgage financing needs and underwriting applications. I had been given approval limits to approve applications directly. After 10 years as a lender, I entered into the mortgage brokerage field. With my knowledge and experience as a lender and my personal service, I bring all these to each and every one of my clients. I am able to offer you service, knowledge and experience to suit your needs. I am an accredit mortgage professional “AMP”, and continue to attend courses and seminars to keep current in the ever changing markets.
