1. We work directly with Canada’s chartered banks, credit unions, trust companies, and mortgage banks to secure the best rate and terms for our clients. We also have access to private lenders if the need arises. From these we will present you with three options: most money, best rate, and lowest payment. 2. We focus on teaching, and give you the tools to make an informed decision. This service is at no cost to you as we are paid a finder’s fee at time of completion by whichever bank secures your loan. (For unconventional applications a lender/broker fee may apply, but it will be disclosed upfront and agreed to before proceeding.)
